3D printer Maestro GRAND

The Maestro Grand 3D printer is one of the largest FDM printers in the entire line from the Russian company Maestro. This reliable and high-performance device uses the best practices of the popular Solo and Duet models. Thanks to the increased construction area, it has wide capabilities and can be successfully used in education and business. Maestro Grand has a rigid steel frame and a durable aluminum body. Thanks to this, the necessary stability and high print quality are maintained. Also, reliable rail guides, which have a great advantage over the shafts used in previous generation models, have a positive effect on printing accuracy. Kinematics uses a range of stepper motor control technologies from Trinamic: microPlayer™, stallGuard2™, dcStep™, coolStep™. Thanks to this, it was possible to reduce noise and reduce resonances, test kinematics, compensate for missed motor steps and reduce energy consumption. The construction area has very impressive dimensions: 400×400×640 mm. This is more than enough to implement the most ambitious projects. Moreover, a 2 MP camera is installed in the working area, making it possible to remotely monitor the printing process. For this purpose, a mobile application is provided for iOS and Android. The standard extruder has a maximum temperature of 300 degrees, and if desired, you can install an extruder with a maximum temperature of up to 410 degrees and work with the most complex structural and engineering plastics. The printing bed is heated to 150 degrees. In the construction area, forced convection and a directional blowing system are implemented. This model features an automatic adjustment system using a new algorithm, which allows for more accurate measurements over a large area. Other important features include filament sensor and first layer control, filament pre-drying mode and built-in profile system. For greater safety, there is a 2-level backup power system in case of a sudden shutdown. Maestro Grand boasts advanced electronic components. In addition to connecting to a computer via USB, it has the ability to wirelessly transfer data via Wi-Fi and standalone operation with data transfer from SD and Micro-SD memory cards. There is an internal storage capacity of 16 GB. It is possible to use a cloud service for remote monitoring and control of the printing process. A 3.5-inch IPS display is used for direct printing control.
