The Intamsys Funmat HT Enhanced 3D printer is designed for printing using the layer-by-layer deposition method of plastic filament. The device with a closed chamber allows you to print different types of materials, including PEEK, PEI, ABS, PC. The 3D printer is suitable for professional makers, small production and education. The closed chamber printer has excellent technical characteristics for printing with refractory materials. The heating temperature of the extruder up to 450⁰C allows you to work with different types of plastic. The ability to maintain a constant temperature in the chamber of 90⁰C helps to cool the parts evenly and prevents delamination of the finished products. The plastic spool is located in a separate insulated compartment, so it is not affected by the high temperature maintained in the chamber. With Intamsys Funmat HT, you can create functional prototypes to test durability and interaction with different environments. The chamber, measuring 260x260x260 mm, allows you to implement projects of various sizes. High printing accuracy from 50 to 300 microns is achieved due to the special design of the printer. Double Z-axis guides and kinematics based on 4 stepper motors prevent the transmission of vibrations to the desktop, which improves print quality. The printer has a fairly high print speed - 300 mm/s. Intamsys Funmat HT is equipped with a filament end sensor and a function to resume printing after a power failure. With these options, you can avoid any unforeseen situation and continue working from where you last stopped. The 3D printer comes with proprietary software for preparing digital models for printing. A clear interface and simple controls make the work comfortable.
