3D printer IEMAI Magic L
The IEMAI MAGIC-L 3D printer is the youngest, most compact and affordable model in the line of industrial printers from the IEMAI 3D company. MAGIC-L has a desktop design, can easily fit into the smallest room and is perfect for prototyping. The 3D printer has a closed metal body with a build area of 300×310×480 mm. By default, the device comes with dual independent extruder. When printing with one extruder, you can use the entire volume of the construction zone. When printing in two colors or materials, 260x310x480 mm will be available. If printing is carried out in mirror mode or duplication mode, then the dimensions of the construction area will be 145 × 310 × 480 mm for each of the two objects. There is a carbon filter inside to protect against fumes when the plastic melts. For remote monitoring of printing, an HD camera can be placed in the build area. The dual independent extruder has a maximum temperature of 275 degrees and is designed for printing with plastic filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm. Available layer thicknesses of 0.05 to 0.3mm allow fine tuning of detail levels, while 12.5µm XY and 1.25µm Z resolution ensures good print repeatability. The maximum speed, depending on the selected settings, is 150 mm/s. By default, nozzles with a diameter of 0.4 mm are installed. They can be replaced with 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm or 1.00 mm. The printing platform is made of tempered glass with a special silicone coating and is heated to 120 degrees. The IEMAI MAGIC-L 3D printer supports a variety of materials, including engineering and soluble support materials: ASA, ABS, CF-ABS, PETG, HIPS, PC, PA, TPU, PLA, CF-PLA, PVA. MAGIC-L is equipped with a small touchscreen for direct control of printing parameters. It can work in completely autonomous mode, thanks to the presence of a slot for SD memory cards. It also has a Wi-Fi module for remote control. To prepare models for printing, you can use proprietary IEMAI 3D EXPERT software, or the very common Cura and Simplify3D slicers.
