The IEMAI MAGIC-HT-PRO 3D printer is a professional FDM printer for desktop or floor mounting. Thanks to its dual extruder with temperatures up to 500 degrees and other design features, it is able to confidently work with high-temperature materials. MAGIC-HT-PRO can be used for small-scale production and the production of precise and complex functional prototypes. The 3D printer has a rigid metal body and a closed thermal chamber, which maintains a stable temperature of up to 120 degrees. It also houses an air filtration system with a carbon filter, which reliably protects the user from fumes when the plastic is heated. The construction area has dimensions of 310×310×410 mm. The extruder has a modular structure, which facilitates its maintenance. The maximum temperature is an impressive 500 degrees, which is sufficient for printing with a variety of PEEL, PEKK, PEI and other high temperature engineering plastics. The extruder is equipped with an effective liquid cooling system. The printing accuracy is very impressive. With a minimum height of the 1st layer of 50 µm, the resolution on the XY axes is 12.5 µm, and on the Z axis - 1.25 µm. The printing speed can reach 150 mm/s. The carbon fiber coated print bed is quick release. It is also heated with a maximum temperature of 170 degrees. The IEMAI MAGIC-HT-PRO 3D printer can be desktop mounted. With dimensions of 702x625x800 and a weight of 122 kg, this is quite acceptable. However, it comes with a stand that hides a compartment for storing filament. In many cases, it will be more convenient to place the printer on this cabinet. The printer's functionality, among other things, includes a filament end sensor and a system for automatically resuming printing when the power is turned off. MAGIC-HT-PRO is capable of working offline, receiving data from an SD memory card. It can be used as a network device thanks to the presence of an Ethernet (LAN) port. The presence of a Wi-Fi module allows you to remotely control the printer, and when installing a camera, it becomes possible to remotely monitor printing. When working with this printer, the user can use both the special IEMAI 3D Expert software and the common slicer programs Cura and Simplify3D.
