The IEMAI MAGIC-HT-MAX 3D printer is a productive industrial device with a large build area and a dual extruder, capable of high-quality work with high-temperature engineering materials. The characteristics of this model leave no doubt that it is capable of much. The rigid metal case can withstand the most intensive use. Inside is a sealed closed thermal chamber with an air filtration system and impressive dimensions: 50x50x70 cm, which allow you to print a large assembled part in one cycle. This chamber maintains a constant temperature of up to 150 degrees, which is often an important condition when printing with structural thermoplastics. It is also important that a special box for loading spools of plastic, storing and drying them is also capable of maintaining a given temperature inside - up to 65 degrees. The dual extruder with water cooling and automatic cleaning system heats up to 500 degrees. This, as well as its progressive design, allows it to work with a very wide range of materials, including highly professional high-temperature PEEK, PEKK, PEI and many others. The presence of two nozzles allows you to simultaneously print in two different materials or colors, using HIPS or PVA to create soluble support structures. The printing platform with a special silicone coating and automatic calibration is, of course, also heated, and its maximum temperature can be 180 degrees. The professional status of the printer is emphasized by the highest printing accuracy. Thus, the minimum layer thickness is only 50 microns, the accuracy along the XY axes is 2.5 microns, and the accuracy along the Z axis is a record 0.78 microns. In other words, even the largest model can have an ultra-high level of detail, and the accuracy and repeatability of printing allows for full-fledged production. The 3D printer has rich functionality. Among other things, it has a filament detector, auto-recovery after a power failure, and an automatic shutdown system when idle. The IEMAI MAGIC-HT-MAX 3D printer is equipped with a USB port for connecting to a computer. The device can operate as a network device using an Ethernet (LAN) port and can be controlled remotely via Wi-Fi. A camera in the build area makes it possible to remotely monitor and control the printing process. When working with this printer, the user can use both the special IEMAI 3D Expert software and the common slicer programs Cura and Simplify3D.
