The IEMAI MAGIC-HT-M 3D printer is the most compact and affordable model among professional high-temperature 3D printers from IEMAI. This “baby” is capable of fully working with PEEK and PEI plastics and at the same time can easily be placed on a regular desktop. It is perfect for complex functional prototyping. Equipped with a reliable metal casing, this printer has dimensions of 505x435x515 and a weight of 35 kg. Its construction area with dimensions of 220x220x220 mm is not just closed, but is a sealed thermal chamber. The set temperature is maintained inside up to 90 degrees. Like other models in this line, MAGIC-HT-M received a high-quality activated carbon filter to clean the air from fumes when plastic melts. The 3D printer has a single extruder with a modular system that facilitates its maintenance. The maximum hotend temperature is 450 degrees, meeting all the requirements of high-temperature structural thermoplastics: PEEK, CF-PEEK, PEKK, CF-PEKK, PEI 1010/9085 and others. The printing speed can be set up to 150 mm/s. The printing platform is coated with silicone and can heat up to 150 degrees. The IEMAI MAGIC-HT-M 3D printer provides the same high printing accuracy as the older models in the line. The layer thickness can be from 50 to 300 µm, the resolution along the XY axis is 12.5 µm, and the resolution along the Z axis is 1.25 µm. The device has received many useful functions. It has a filament sensor, auto-resume printing, automatic shutdown when idle, and automatic calibration. Additionally, you can purchase a camera for remote print monitoring. The printer can be managed offline by downloading files from an SD card. Thanks to the Ethernet (LAN) port, it can be connected to a local network, and the Wi-Fi module provides completely remote printing control. When working with this printer, the user can use both the special IEMAI 3D Expert software and the common slicer programs Cura and Simplify3D.
