The IEMAI MAGIC-HT-L 3D printer is a specialized model for medicine in the line of professional-grade high-temperature FDM devices from IEMAI. The printer is equipped with a dual extruder, has a large build area and is capable of working with a wide range of materials. An excellent choice for small-scale production and functional prototyping! Like other devices in this line, MAGIC-HT-L has a durable metal body and a closed thermal chamber. Its dimensions are 310x310x480 mm, which allows you to print a whole batch of products in one cycle. The chamber maintains a stable temperature of up to 90 degrees, and an activated carbon filter reliably blocks all evaporation during printing. The extruder has 2 nozzles and a modular structure, making it very easy to maintain. With a maximum temperature of 450 degrees, it can print on a very wide range of materials. This includes a variety of PC, PA, ABS, flexible plastics, as well as high temperature construction materials including PEEK, PEKK, PEI and many more. The printing platform with a special silicone coating ensures uniform heating up to 150 degrees. The 3D printer demonstrates high speed (up to 150 mm/s) and excellent printing accuracy. The layer height is adjustable from 50 to 300 µm, the accuracy on the XY axis is 12.5 µm, and on the Z axis - 1.25 µm. Features included in the IEMAI MAGIC-HT-L include a filament sensor, auto-resume printing when power is lost, and an auto-shut-off function after printing to save energy. If necessary, the printer can be additionally equipped with a camera for remote monitoring of the printing process. The IEMAI MAGIC-HT-L 3D printer supports offline operation - data can be loaded directly from an SD memory card. There is also an Ethernet (LAN) port and a Wi-Fi module for remote control of all processes. When working with this printer, the user can use both the special IEMAI 3D Expert software and the common slicer programs Cura and Simplify3D.
