Hercules Strong 19 is a version of the 3D printer that has become larger and more accurate. The print area has increased by an additional 10 cm in height, making it more convenient to print large models without gluing. The print quality has also improved - now the layer is only 20 microns. The new model is equipped with automatic calibration of the printing platform, which saves time during startup. The closed type of the chamber isolates the created object from the effects of the external environment, and also correctly distributes the temperature, which allows for high-quality printing from materials with high shrinkage. The camera has a built-in supply and exhaust system that allows air to circulate inside during the working process, thereby increasing print quality. Another advantage is the steel body, which, in combination with rail guides, dampens vibrations, which invariably affects the smoothness of the surface of the printed part. The 3D printer is absolutely omnivorous - it works with any FDM filament: ABS, PLA, Rubber, Carbone, etc. ABS is an impact-resistant plastic with heat resistance above 100 degrees. It is versatile in making 3D models. The material has reduced electrical insulating properties, good chemical resistance, for example, to oils and alkalis, can withstand low temperatures down to -40 degrees, and is not resistant to UV radiation and acetone. This printer is suitable for many areas of activity. For example, due to its large construction area, it can be used in industry - high-precision product prototypes will be obtained easily and quickly. Can be used in education to gain skills and experience in 3D modeling and printing. It is also indispensable in medicine and healthcare technologies - it can be used to create prototypes of prostheses, models of organs and systems, molds and implants. The kit includes software with a fully Russified interface - Repetier-Host. Due to the ability to use an SD card and a USB port, offline printing is possible without connecting to a computer.
