3D printer Delta WASP 40100 Clay

The Delta WASP 40100 Clay printer is controlled by Arduino. This model is not a continuation of the entire line, but a completely new device that differs from the previous ones with a whole list of parameters. The uniqueness of this device lies in the fact that the model uses the latest LDM technology, which is designed to work with pasty and liquid materials. The printing plate in the model is stationary, so there are no vibrations during operation, and the product is not deformed. The device can be installed to work on the floor or a removable surface made of steel and located 60 cm from the base. In the second case, the printing area is reduced to 400 × 450 mm (standard area is 400 × 1000 mm). When working on the printer, you don’t need to wait for it to dry completely—just move the device. The volume of the material tank is 5 liters. This ensures continuous operation for 90 minutes (with a 4mm extruder). The design of the device is made of high-strength metals, which ensure high-quality work even with particularly thick materials. The printer resolution is 0.5 mm, and its maximum printing speed is 150 mm/s. In the standard configuration, the printer works with 1.2 and 2 mm nozzles, and in the improved configuration - 2, 4, 6 and 8 mm. The standard equipment can be supplemented with improved extruders. The thickness of the layer allows for the production of models with high precision. The printer is equipped with a system that helps restore operation after changes in operation. If the recovery system did not work or the user was not satisfied with the final result, he can use the Free Zed function. Thanks to this function, it is possible to start producing a model with a given height in mm (along the Z axis). When this option is launched, the printer remains motionless, and the initial manufacturing process (up to the specified parameters) occurs only on the screen. When the specified point is reached, printing will begin.
