The CreatBot PEEK 300 3D printer is a professional and high-performance device that belongs to industrial-grade 3D printers. A number of unique technologies, extrusion temperatures of up to 500 degrees and a double cooling system allow it to work effectively with all types of plastic, including the most refractory materials. This printer is capable of solving the most complex professional tasks in both prototyping and production. It is used in scientific, industrial, research fields, medicine, military-industrial complex and innovative sectors of industry. CreatBot PEEK 300 is “tailored” for high-temperature printing, and this is its characteristic feature. The dual direct extruder of this model has a unique design and is capable of heating up to 500 degrees Celsius, which allows it to print with almost all existing types of thermoplastics. The printing platform is not only heated, but has a record maximum temperature of 200 degrees. This is done in order to prevent the edges of parts from curling during high-temperature printing. The work area is maintained at a constant temperature of up to 120 degrees to protect models from delamination during printing. In addition to all this, this model implements DAS technology (Direct Annealing System or “direct annealing system”). This is a patented development of CreatBot, which allows you to anneal objects at temperatures up to 400 degrees. The use of this technology ensures high-temperature printing of large objects without cracks or deformations. The use of this impressive set of technologies makes it possible to use an equally impressive range of materials in printing: Engineering plastics: PLA, PC, ABS, PA6, PETG, PVDF, POM-C, PP, TPU High temperature plastics: PPSU, PEI (ULTEM), PA12, PSU, PPS, PA-CF High performance materials: medical PEEK, PEEK, PEKK, CF-PEEK (Carbon fiber), GF-PEEK (glass fiber) and others The mechanisms and elements of the printer, such as motors, rails, and belts, are made of refractory materials. CreatBot PEEK 300 has a large construction area with dimensions of 300x300x400 mm. Of course, to ensure thermal insulation, it is located in a closed chamber. The chamber has double thermal insulation and, in addition, double vacuum boards. This is necessary both from a safety standpoint and to create ideal conditions for high-temperature printing. A HEPA-based filter system is used to absorb harmful fumes during printing. Also for added safety, the printer is equipped with an emergency stop button. Another important factor that ensures the functionality of the entire device is the advanced cooling system. The extruder is cooled using a special coolant fluid, and the air pump uses outside air for maximum efficient airflow. Thanks to high-quality cooling, Creatbot Peak 300 is capable of printing with a resolution of up to 0.04 mm, which is an excellent indicator for “capricious” high-temperature materials. To manage printing, solutions familiar to CreatBot are used. This is a multilingual color touchscreen with a diagonal of 4.3 inches, with which you can set all the necessary parameters, a connector for USB media and a USB port for connecting to a computer. To prepare models for printing, you can use the proprietary CreatWare software, or use the popular slicers Simplify3D, Cura, Slice3r in versions for Windows.
