3D printer CreatBot PEEK-250

The CreatBot PEEK 250 3D printer is an important tool in the arsenal of professional devices and belongs to the highest class of industrial 3D printers. Possessing a number of unique technologies and the ability to work with high extrusion temperatures of up to 500 degrees Celsius, it effectively copes with any type of plastic, including the most refractory materials. CreatBot PEEK 250 finds applications in a variety of fields including science, manufacturing, medical, military and innovative industrial sectors.

A characteristic feature of the CreatBot PEEK 250 is its high-temperature printing. The dual direct extruder has a unique design and can heat up to 500 degrees Celsius, which allows printing with almost all existing types of thermoplastics. The printing bed also features a high heating temperature of up to 200 degrees Celsius to prevent part edges from curling during high-temperature printing. The working area maintains a constant temperature of up to 180 degrees Celsius, which protects models from delamination during printing.

CreatBot PEEK 250 also features CreatBot's DAS (Direct Annealing System) technology, which allows objects to be annealed at temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius. This allows you to create high-temperature printed objects without cracks or deformations.

The use of this printer opens up the possibility of working with a wide range of materials:

Engineering plastics: PLA, PC, ABS, PA6, PETG, PVDF, POM-C, PP, TPU

High temperature plastics: PPSU, PEI (ULTEM), PA12, PSU, PPS, PA-CF

High-performance materials: medical PEEK, PEEK, PEKK, CF-PEEK (carbon fiber), GF-PEEK (fiberglass) and others

CreatBot PEEK 250 has a large build area measuring 250x250x300 mm and is housed in a closed chamber with double thermal insulation and double vacuum plates. This ensures safety and creates ideal conditions for high-temperature printing. A HEPA-based filter system is used to absorb harmful fumes during printing, and for added safety, the printer is equipped with an emergency stop button.

To ensure effective cooling, a special coolant fluid is used to cool the extruder and an air pump for maximum efficient blowing. This allows the CreatBot PEEK 250 to print with high resolution up to 0.04 mm for "capricious" high-temperature materials.

Printing is controlled via a multilingual color touchscreen with an increased diagonal of 7 inches or via a connection to a computer via USB. It is also possible to remotely control printing via Wi-Fi and effectively monitor the process due to the presence of a camera in the construction area. To prepare models for printing, you can use proprietary CreatWare software or popular slicers Simplify3D, Cura and Slice3r.
