The CreatBot F430 PEEK 3D printer is a professional yet affordable FDM printer that is capable of high-temperature printing. This makes it a suitable solution for creating prototypes and fully functional parts. The model can become indispensable in production, because at a very affordable price it has exceptionally rich functionality and excellent reliability. It has a working chamber of increased volume, in which you can print a product with dimensions of 400x300x300 mm. Block modular precision mechanics is responsible for high printing accuracy (up to 0.04 mm). The maximum print speed is 180 mm/s. The printer is equipped with two all-metal direct extruders: one has a maximum temperature of 260 ℃, the second - 420 ℃. When paired, they are capable of printing in two colors and materials, including using auxiliary materials to create soluble supports. The list of thermoplastics that the CreatBot F430 can work with is impressive, including PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, Wood and other popular types of filament. HIPS and PVA are also present as auxiliary materials. E Extruders do an excellent job with a variety of flexible plastics. Next come engineering materials: Nylon, PC, PP, Carbon fiber and others. Thanks to its ultra-high extrusion temperature, the printer works well with ULTEM and similar materials. Of particular interest is the possibility of printing using PEEK (polyetheretherketone), a refractory biocompatible polymer that is widely used in medicine, for example, to create implants in maxillofacial surgery. CreatBot F430 has a metal body made of 3 mm thick sheets. This contributes to high structural rigidity, eliminates parasitic vibrations during printing and helps maintain reliable thermoregulation. The working chamber is heated, maintains temperatures up to 70°C and is equipped with an effective convection system. The printer's print platform is made of ceramic and heated to 140°C. The printer is very easy to use and has the necessary functionality for complete control over the printing process. It has a system for monitoring the supply of plastic, the progress of printing, and the resumption of printing after a power outage. There is also a filament drying system. Calibration is carried out automatically at 25 points. Effective HEPA filters are used to protect against plastic fumes. All printing parameters are controlled using a convenient and functional 4.3-inch touch screen. You can work autonomously by loading data from a USB drive. USB is also used to connect to a computer. To design and slice 3D models, we use our own CreatWare software in versions for Windows and OS X, but if you wish, you can use any popular slicers: Simplify 3D, Cura, Slice 3r.
