CreatBot F430 NX is compatible with a wide range of thermoplastics such as PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, Wood, as well as HIPS, PVA and various flexible plastic materials. The printer also provides the ability to work with engineering materials, including Nylon, PC, PP, Carbon fiber and others. Thanks to its ultra-high extrusion temperature, the printer easily handles materials such as ULTEM and PEEK, the latter of which is a refractory biocompatible polymer widely used in medical applications. The CreatBot F430 NX has a 3 mm thick metal body, which provides high structural rigidity, minimizes vibration during printing and provides reliable thermal regulation. The working chamber is equipped with heating, maintaining temperatures up to 70 ℃, and an effective convection system. The printing platform is heated to 130℃ and equipped with a magnetic backing. The printer is easy to use and has all the necessary functionality for complete control over the printing process. It is equipped with a plastic supply control system, the ability to resume printing after a power failure and a filament drying system. Calibration is performed automatically using 25 points. The printer is also equipped with effective HEPA filters to protect against plastic fumes. Printing parameters are controlled via a convenient 5-inch touch screen. The printer can be operated autonomously via a USB drive or via a connection to a computer. Remote control via Wi-Fi and monitoring of the printing process is possible, thanks to the presence of a camera in the construction area.
