If there is a sudden power outage, the 3D printer automatically remembers the current position, saves the print data, retracts the plastic and lowers the platform. This makes it possible to continue printing in the same place after the power supply is restored. The gear motor can maintain torque while reducing speed, allowing it to feed filament with high precision without delay or slippage.
