The CreatBot DE Plus 3D printer is a wide-format device from the proven line of D series printers, which has an expanded print area. In addition to printing large objects, it is characterized by increased reliability and wear resistance, is capable of using a wide range of printing materials and demonstrates high accuracy. If desired, its dual extruder can be replaced with a model with three nozzles. All this makes CreatBot DE Plus suitable for use in industrial plants for both prototyping and production. DE Plus has a reliable and proven extruder with two nozzles and two powerful fans for effective cooling of the model during printing. Its geared motor ensures filament feeding with high accuracy without slipping or delays. The maximum hotend temperature is 350 degrees, which allows you to use a wide range of materials for printing: PLA, ABS, Carbon Fiber, Wood, Nylon, PC, PETG, HIPS, PP, Flexible, TPU, PVA. Like the younger model, CreatBot DE Plus can be equipped with an extruder with three nozzles, which will further expand its capabilities. The glass-ceramic printing platform is heated to 100 degrees. It is also possible to set the heating to automatically turn off after a certain number of layers have been applied. The main difference between Creatbot DE Plus and the younger model is the increased construction area. Here its dimensions are 400x300x520 mm. This makes it possible to create truly dimensional models without the need to glue them together from several parts. The body, as befits a printer used in production, is as rigid as possible and is entirely made of metal. Its design allows it to effectively dampen vibrations during printing. Together with precision mechanics, this ensures high printing accuracy - up to 0.05 mm. The maximum print speed can reach 200 mm/s. The CreatBot DE Plus electronics are based on the powerful ATmega 2560 chip. Among the useful functions of the printer is automatic resumption of printing after a power outage or the end of the filament. Autonomous control is carried out using a convenient 4.3-inch touchscreen. To send data for printing, you can use a USB drive, or send files from a computer via USB.
