The CreatBot D600 3D printer is part of a line of professional FDM printers that can handle the most complex production tasks and maintain consistent accuracy and stability even when printing for more than 50 hours at a time. The rugged design and reliable hotend enable high-temperature printing, allowing you to work with most engineering materials. The CreatBot D600 is great for both prototyping and mass production of fully functional parts. For maximum efficient production, the printer is equipped with a spacious working chamber. Its construction area is 600x600x600 mm with active cooling, and this makes it possible to immediately print three-dimensional parts without gluing or soldering. The housing is completely closed and made of sheet metal 3 mm thick. This provides the printer with effective thermal regulation, high rigidity and eliminates any parasitic vibrations during printing that could affect its quality. The all-metal design is also necessary because printing uses an all-metal hotend operating at a temperature of 350 °C. This allows printing on a wide range of industrial and engineering materials, including polyetheretherketone and carbon-filled polyamide. The extruder has two print heads at once. This allows simultaneous printing of two materials, producing composite, two-color models or using the second material as an additional material to create soluble supports. The printing speed can reach 120 mm/s with a layer thickness of 50 microns. The print bed, heated to 100°C, provides excellent adhesion thanks to its BuildTak coating. The developers paid attention to safety when working with the printer. It is equipped with a HEPA-based filter system that effectively absorbs all harmful fumes. Modeled after CNC machines, it has an emergency button to instantly stop the printing process. The printer is equipped with all the necessary functionality to control the printing process and the filament supply system. Printing begins immediately after launch, without the slightest delay, and the likelihood of skipping steps or shifting layers of the model is minimized. Other important features include first layer control and automatic calibration. During any emergency stop, the printer remembers the progress and then resumes printing at the right time. To control the printing process, the CreatBot D600 3D printer has a convenient display and supports offline printing from a USB drive. Connection to a computer is also via USB. The printer comes with professional software.
