This provides ultra-high performance at high speed. The D1000 integrates a new smart kit: dual extruder with automatic heating temperature increase function up to 420℃. The double heating element is easy to maintain and replace. The extruder is capable of printing not only huge volumes using PLA+, water-soluble PVA material at maximum speed, but also using ABS, PC, nylon, carbon fiber, flexible and high-performance materials. For prototyping on the CreatBot D1000, the UltraPA-CF is the best choice. Using this material, you can produce a large-sized model with high strength of 80 MPa and heat resistance up to 150 °C in just a few days. The 60°C chamber ensures print quality with high performance materials. The completely enclosed chamber blocks all external influences. It also helps reduce noise and at the same time ensure a constant temperature so that the model does not deform. The thread drying compartment provides a chamber temperature of 45°C to 65°C for drying two spools of 5 at once, such as PLA, nylon, PC, ABS and other materials with high water absorption. The printer uses 100 points with a high-precision servo probe to store bed level data during the initial printing phase. There is also intelligent Z-axis table height compensation during the printing process to achieve fully automatic leveling. The filtration system helps to adsorb impurities and gases generated when printing with ABS, nylon, PC. This makes printing safe for the user. The CreatBot D1000 3D printer automatically remembers the current position and saves print data. In the event of a sudden power failure, simply lower the platform and remove the plastic thread. After turning on the power, the printer will continue printing from the last save point. If the filament breaks or runs out, the printer will stop printing. The built-in camera allows you to remotely control the printing process, adjusting speed, temperature, pausing printing, etc. using the application, which allows you to achieve the best print quality in the shortest possible time without failures. A very useful feature for large models and long-term printing.
