The Creality K1 Max 3D printer is a high-speed, professional-grade wide-format FDM printer. High printing speed provides increased productivity, and an increased construction area makes it possible to produce entire series of prototypes and finished products The CoreXY mechanics in combination with a lightweight (weighing only 190 g) print head really ensures fast printing. K1 Max is equipped with a G-sensor, which is used to detect resonant frequencies and helps effectively dampen vibrations and improve accuracy in high-speed printing. The 3D printer uses a highly efficient Direct extruder and a new ceramic heating element. It is all metal and reaches temperatures of 200 degrees Celsius in just 40 seconds. The maximum temperature is 300 degrees. The Creality K1 Max 3D printer has a fully enclosed body, making it an attractive option for high temperature printing using materials such as ASA, PC and PA. The top cover helps stabilize the temperature in the print chamber. The cooling system is represented by a fan on the print head for direct cooling of the model, as well as an auxiliary fan in the build area. One of the most significant advantages of this model is the dimensions of its construction area. With dimensions of 300 x 300 x 300 mm, the 3D printer provides an impressive print volume. For comparison, the standard K1 has a build area of 220 x 220 x 250 mm. The printing platform heats up to 120 degrees and is equipped with a flexible, removable plate, which is always convenient to work with. Even as standard, the K1 Max is equipped with an “AI LIDAR” lidar sensor. Located next to the print head, this module captures the first layer of the print and, using the reference model generated by slicing, determines if there are any problems and alerts you about it. In addition, the lidar system also helps the printer regulate filament consumption. The camera in the build area does not use machine vision technology to control print quality. At the same time, it also provides standard functionality: remote monitoring of the printing process and recording in time-lapse mode. Bringing together all the smart features of the K1 Max and providing a user-friendly user interface is what Creality calls Creality OS. A 4.3-inch color touch display is located on the body and is used to directly control the printer, and a built-in 8 GB drive is designed to store models and quickly send them for printing. Creality K1 Max can be connected to a Wi-Fi network for remote monitoring and sending prints directly from the slicer, web browser or from Creality Cloud. Alternatively, there is a USB port for offline printing, as well as an Ethernet port for connecting the K1 Max to a local network. Several 3D printers can be easily combined into a single cluster. The Creality K1 Max 3D printer comes with an air filtration unit built into the printer body. The print chamber is illuminated by the LED backlight that comes standard with the K1 Max. When the device is first started, an automatic self-test is performed to ensure that all major components are functioning properly.
