Creality Ender-3 V2 3D printer
The Creality Ender-3 V2 3D printer is one of the most advanced versions of the legendary Ender-3 FDM model. Many improvements literally breathed a second life into it and significantly expanded its capabilities. The new modification has improved mechanics for more stable printing, a convenient tool box, an improved user interface, new electronics and produces noticeably less noise during operation. It is an excellent choice for home and educational use. The printer comes in DIY format, that is, as a kit for self-assembly. However, this does not cause any difficulties: due to the well-thought-out modular design, the new Ender-3 is very easy to assemble and maintain. Its level of safety has also increased due to the fact that the power source is now located in a closed casing. The durable all-metal frame provides exceptionally stable printing. This is greatly facilitated by significantly redesigned mechanics. Thus, the Z-axis guide received a V-shaped pulley, which makes the movement more stable, the noise level and the degree of wear reduced. The tension adjustment along the XY axes has become better due to the use of new screws. The dimensions of the construction area are 220x220x250 mm. This is quite enough for printing large models without compromising the overall dimensions of the printer. It is still quite compact and weighs less than 8 kg. The proven extruder with a maximum temperature of 250 degrees easily copes with the most popular thermoplastics PLA, PETG and even flexible TPU materials. Thanks to the presence of a heated glass-ceramic platform with a maximum temperature of 100 degrees, it becomes possible to use ABS for printing. Another interesting feature of the Creality Ender-3 V2 3D printer is the use of a rotary tap to feed plastic into the extruder, which makes loading the material easier. To store the tools you need, there is a convenient drawer at the bottom of the printer. The electronic filling in this modification is fully consistent with today's standards. This is a 32-bit motherboard from Creality, equipped with quiet drivers, thanks to which the printing noise level now does not exceed 50 dB, meaning you can print even at night if you wish. The function of automatically resuming printing after a power outage will be very useful. The user interface has undergone a major overhaul. It has become more convenient and understandable, allowing you to fully control the entire printing process. To download data, the printer is equipped with a USB port and a card reader for SD memory cards.
