The Bambu Lab H2S 3D printer is a complete station for DIY and parts production. Bambu Lab H2S is designed for rapid prototyping and production of functional parts from a wide range of filaments. The 3D printer has an increased print area of 340x320x340 mm. A heated work table and a working chamber with active heating up to 65°C reduce the deformation of materials with a high coefficient of thermal expansion, such as ABS, PC, PA. With closed loop fan control and precise thermal control, H2S minimizes print defects. Since mechanical wear and tear are inevitable over time, Bambu Lab H2S offers a solution to this problem. Thanks to the Vision Encoder system, H2S provides distance-independent positioning accuracy of less than 50 microns - finer than a human hair. During calibration, the system automatically compensates for mechanical misalignment, ensuring consistent accuracy and maximum performance throughout its life. Bambu Lab's Auto Hole/Contour Compensation feature minimizes printing tolerances for machine-level hole dimensional accuracy. The function is useful for designing parts - shafts, bearings and fasteners. The H2S system uses a combined control method of extruder servo and nozzle eddy current sensors that provide precise extrusion control by measuring nozzle pressure and calibrating linear compaction (PA) parameters for each filament type. Bambu Lab's proprietary PMSM servo-driven extrusion system delivers 67% more extrusion force to reliably support high-speed printing. Combined with printhead speeds of up to 1,000 mm/s and acceleration of up to 20,000 mm/s², H2S can operate at full power - reducing print times by up to 30% - while maintaining the highest quality. An intelligent ventilation and air filtration system provides efficient air exchange for various tasks. High Temperature mode seals the chamber and recirculates air through the air filter and heating element to stabilize high temperature conditions. In Low Temperature mode, the top vent opens to supply cool air while maintaining filtration of the exhaust airflow. This allows you to print with PLA and PETG materials without the need to open the door, with effective cooling of the protruding elements. For laser cutting and engraving, the top ventilation valve and filter switching flap are opened. Processing products are effectively discharged into the ventilation system, ensuring a safe and clean work environment. The H2S printer provides seamless cloud connectivity for easy remote management from any device. For tasks requiring increased security, a completely autonomous mode of operation with a physically isolated network environment is provided. Users can control the printer, send files and update firmware without access to the Internet. Additionally, Developer Mode provides access to the MQTT port, giving developers and integrators the ability to easily connect third-party components and proprietary software. The 3D printer is available in several configurations. In addition to the H2S 3D printer itself, the basic package also includes a printing table, a spool holder and a set of accessories. The AMS Combo package includes a basic printer, a security key and an AMS 2 Pro unit, which allows you to print up to 4 colors simultaneously. The AMS Combo 2 package, in addition to the material supply system, also includes green glass for the printer, a 10 W laser module, a cutting module, 2 platforms for engraving and cutting, a ventilation pipe, an emergency shutdown button, and a set of materials for cutting and engraving.
