The Photon Mono 4 3D printer is a new product from the manufacturer Anycubic with a 10K screen resolution and a large build area. With a maximum print capacity of 2.2L, you'll have plenty of space for everyday tasks and large projects like printing phone cases like the iPhone 15 Pro Max (76.7mm x 8.25mm x 159.9mm). Mono 4 10K provides a 105% increase in print accuracy, from 35 microns to 17 microns. With a resolution of 9024x5120, the model is provided with exceptional detail. The upgraded Light Turbo matrix provides a stable and uniform parallel light source, resulting in a smoother model surface, reducing manual processing time. LighTurbo provides even illumination, reducing layer lines and reducing exposure time to 1.5 seconds for smoother, faster prints. The redesigned laser-engraved print platform ensures optimal adhesion, preventing model deformation and ensuring easy and smooth release after printing. Cleaning the surface will not take much time. It takes 1.5 seconds to illuminate one layer 0.1 mm high, which allows the printer to print at speeds in excess of 50 mm/h. Increased light transmittance to 7% also improves productivity. The Photon Mono 4 demonstrates not only accurate but also stable printing, which was achieved through a reinforced Z-axis rail, anti-backlash nut design and a powerful stepper motor. Every Photon Mono 4 printer has been assembled, calibrated, configured and tested before shipping. So when you receive your printer, simply unbox it and start printing—no calibration or setup required. Before printing, you only need to level the desktop. The monochrome matrix has a long service life. Thanks to a special film, the LCD screen is protected from scratches and moisture. Once power is restored, the printer continues printing even if there is a sudden power outage. Thanks to this feature, materials and time are not wasted, which makes the device more efficient.
