Anycubic Photon M7 3D printer
The modern Anycubic Photon Mono M7 3D printer uses a new generation of COB light source system, with a high-precision optical Fresnel lens and a direct reflector. Its vertical cubic optical fine-tuning process is calibrated multiple times, resulting in a reliable and accurate optical system for model making. The COB light source system, combined with Fresnel lenses and front-mounted reflectors, precisely controls each beam of light within a 3° range. The 10.1-inch 14K display boasts a resolution of 13312*5120 and a high XY detail of 16.8*24.8 microns. The minimum diameter of the formed product is 0.15 mm, and the minimum hole diameter is 0.25 mm. Thanks to the uniform illumination algorithm, the uniformity of light distribution on the screen is ≥90%. The accuracy errors of the model are ±0.01-0.05 mm, which ensures uniform printing over the entire surface. By adjusting exposure time depending on resin consumption and exposure area, the light compensation system ensures high-quality exposure and peeling of layers from the resin in the bath, which improves printing accuracy. The device provides automatic, precise alignment and zeroing, eliminating the need for manual calibration. If problems such as skipping layers, peeling or tearing occur during the printing process, printing is automatically paused and a pop-up reminder appears, allowing you to make timely adjustments to printing tasks and avoid wasting resin and time. The minimum defect detection area is 15x15 mm. When the FEP film reaches 45,000 times of use, automatic peel tracking will activate a replacement message to remind the user to do so. Anycubic Photon Mono M7 informs the user about the presence of solid particles in the photopolymer, preventing possible damage to the screen through timely notifications about their detection. Anycubic Photon Mono M7 allows remote operation from a PC or Anycubic App. The connection is made via USB. All 3D printing operations are supported in Anycubic APP.
