Anycubic Photon M5s Pro 3D printer
The Anycubic Photon Mono M5s Pro 3D printer is a new product in the Anycubic photopolymer 3D printer line, which continues the M5s series. The new M5s Pro features a high-resolution Ultra HD 14K monochrome sensor, enabling printing with micrometer precision. Anycubic Photon Mono M5s Pro has a monochrome matrix with a 10.1-inch display. Thanks to the uniformity of the emitted UV light, the equipment allows high-quality printing of small elements, textures and sharp corners. The manufacturer has improved the printing mechanism, allowing it to achieve speeds 3 times faster than in its previous models. When combined with Rapid resin and ACF film with a smoother surface, the maximum printing speed can reach 105 mm/h. Like the Anycubic Photon Mono M5s, the Anycubic Photon Mono M5s Pro 3D printer is equipped with an intelligent print bed leveling system that eliminates the need for manual adjustment and ensures high-quality prints. The system is equipped with a module that combines heating and air purification functions, which allows printing even at low temperatures. The module has an independent control system and is easily installed inside the printer body. The engineered fireproof housing has been tested and shown to be safe for long-term use. The heater allows you to maintain air temperature up to 40°C and photopolymer temperature up to 20°C. The built-in air purifier is equipped with carbon filters that reduce unpleasant odor when printing. Anycubic Photon Mono M5s Pro retains a set of intelligent functions that allow you to monitor the correct operation of the device. For example, a system for monitoring the remaining photopolymer in the reservoir helps ensure that no resin runs out during the printing process. If the tank is empty, a notification will appear on the panel to refill the material. The system is also equipped with a self-diagnosis function, which allows you to find faults or errors and quickly eliminate them. Full control of the process reduces errors and avoids waste of material if a part peels off or falls during the printing process. The printer can be controlled both from a PC and through the Anycubic APP. The application offers features such as one-touch printing, as well as a library of printable files, quick preparation of files for printing, and others.
