The 3DIY Rex 6k mono 3D printer is the first professional photopolymer 3D printer from the Russian manufacturer 3DIY, whose products are famous for their reliability and wear resistance. This large-format device can be effectively used for prototyping and even small-scale production. The 3DIY REX 6K MONO 3D printer is based on the LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) principle. The liquid photopolymer in it polymerizes under the influence of ultraviolet radiation. In this model, a 300 W PARALED UV module with a wavelength of 405 nm is responsible for illumination. Its characteristic feature is LED lenses made of quartz glass, which increase printing accuracy by reducing stray light. To cool the PARALED module, two powerful but quiet fans are used. The printer has a monochrome matrix with a resolution of 6K (5448x3064 pixels). It has a truly large diagonal of 12.8 inches. This ensures a high level of detail for both the largest and smallest products, and the matrix itself has a working life increased to 2,000 hours. Compared to most competitors using the same technology, the 3DIY REX 6K MONO has a truly large build area. With dimensions of 164×266×400 mm and a volume of 17.3 liters, it allows you to print large items or produce a whole batch of small models at a time. The maximum print speed is 70 mm/h. Last but not least, high precision is achieved thanks to well-thought-out mechanics. The design uses HGR15 rail guides and SFU1204 ball screws. The highly smooth movement of the platform allows you to achieve a perfectly smooth surface of the models and prevents wobbling along the Z axis. The platform itself has four-point calibration. The professional status of the 3DIY Rex 6k mono 3D printer is emphasized by its advanced functionality. Thus, the device has a built-in system for automatically topping up resin, thanks to which it is possible to carry out continuous printing in large volumes. In this case, you can use any of the photopolymer resins on the market designed for a wavelength of 405 nm. Printing parameters are controlled using a built-in 4.3-inch color touch display. The 3DIY Rex 6k mono 3D printer is capable of accepting print jobs via a USB port by connecting to a PC. It is fully compatible with one of the most popular CHITUBOX slicers in versions for Windows, Linux and Mac.
