The new model 3DiY Bizon 3 retains a large build area - 300x300x400 mm with a printing chamber volume of 36 liters. The design of the printer is closed, and a stable temperature is maintained in the working chamber. The body is made of steel and aluminum composite. It has high strength, vibration resistance and is non-flammable. The closed chamber protects the printing area from exposure to the external environment, which reduces shrinkage when using the most “capricious” plastics and improves the quality of the model. The shape of the lower part of the housing makes it easy to remove all plastic waste that accumulates during operation. The new all-metal extruder has a maximum temperature of 450 degrees, which allows it to work effectively even with PEEK, PEKK and other high-temperature materials. The heated printing platform has a maximum temperature of 120 degrees. At the heart of the printer is a carefully redesigned CORE XY kinematics, which ensures high printing speed and accuracy. The list of changes in the mechanics of the new product is very significant: The milled aluminum carriage is 1 kg lighter than the previous generation model. Thanks to this, the printing speed has increased and the likelihood of runout and skidding of the extruder has decreased. The aluminum profile printing table has also become lighter. The filament spool holder and the plastic supply system have been significantly redesigned - the path that the filament travels from the spool to the extruder has been shortened. The model's airflow system has been significantly improved. Turbine fans have been improved, more durable “beaks” have been installed, the fit of the blowing system has become more convenient. MGN9H rail guides are installed on the XY axis (can be replaced with original HIWIN guides). HGR15 rail guides and SFU1605 ball screw transmission are installed on the Z axis. LED backlighting and a filament sensor are installed. The BiZon 3 3D printer is a modern and extremely versatile FDM device. It is capable of working effectively with a wide range of thermoplastics: ABS, PLA, PETG, HIPS, FLEX, NYLON, RUBBER, WOOD, PP, PND, PVD, PC, PEEK, CAST, ETERNAL, SEALANT and others. The printer is equipped with modern electronics: a 32-bit motherboard with TMC 2209 SD drivers, a Russian-language LCD display, a USB port and a slot for SD memory cards. All components are located in a closed, ventilated compartment with a convenient door. At the bottom of the device there is a convenient drawer for storing tools and spare parts. If necessary, BiZon 3 can be additionally equipped not only with original HIWIN guides, but also with an automatic calibration system and a remote control system.
