- Description
- The CreatBot F160 PEEK 3D printer is the most compact in the Creatbot line, but no less functional desktop FDM printer. Ultra-reliable design, precision mechanics and an extruder with a maximum temperature of 420 ℃ allow this printer to solve the most complex industrial problems. It is great for both prototyping and production in a variety of industries.
- The proprietary extrusion system and special guides make it possible to print at an average speed of 120 mm/s and an accuracy of up to 0.04 mm, maintaining a uniform supply of plastic. Thanks to these qualities, you don’t have to limit yourself in choosing printing materials. The printer can use ABS, PLA, carbon fiber, decorative plastics, Nylon, PC, PTEG, TPU, PVA, as well as ULTEM, PEEK and other refractory engineering materials as consumables.
- Like other models in the line, the F160 PEEK has a closed, all-metal body. Along with cast aluminum movable structures, this ensures high printing stability and the absence of parasitic vibrations under load. The reliability of this model is also impressive.
- The printing area with dimensions of 160x160x200 mm is not just closed, but is a heat chamber in which a stable temperature is maintained up to 70 ℃. The printing platform is heated. It is made of aluminum alloy that can withstand temperatures up to 150℃, heats up quickly and has a BuildTak adhesive coating.
- The functionality of this model is fully consistent with the level of industrial equipment. When the power is turned off, the printer remembers where it stopped and resumes printing. The same thing will happen if the filament runs out: the printer will resume printing from the same place after installing a new spool. Thanks to the powerful ATmega 2560 chip, together with high-precision mechanics, it was possible to level out printing delays after starting the printer, eliminate skipped steps and displacement of layers during printing.
- The simple and convenient 4.3-inch touch screen makes it easy to control all printing parameters. If you need to connect to a computer, you can use the USB port. To prepare models for printing, you can use the supplied CreatWare proprietary software, or any of the popular slicers: Simplify 3D, Cura, Slice 3r, etc.
